I play a lot of tennis and was experiencing significant pain when serving. The first doctor I saw said I needed surgery along with six months of PT. I got a second opinion from Dr Ohlson who suggested a combination of prp injection and shock therapy. I chose to do that and am so glad I did. Pain is completely gone, never had any downtime and have been symptom free for over two years. Dr Ohlson is the best. He has a great bedside manner, treats you like an individual and most importantly fixed my shoulder. I love that he sought to understand my issues and didn’t immediately just right to surgery.

He listened to what I had to say. He and his staff gave me a thorough evaluation. Dr. Ohlson explained everything to me every step of the way. He gave me direct relief for my knee issues and a plan of how to best move forward. He asked if I had any questions and answered them all. He gave me his time and professional energy. He is personable and professional. What more could I ask?

Outstanding Ortho Surgeon

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ohlson. Years ago, he stepped in to help my daughter after she suffered injuries from another doctor's surgery that went horribly wrong. If it were not for Dr. Ohlson and his immediate action and fantastic medical care, my daughter might still be in a wheelchair to this day. Also, Dr. Ohlson has been treating me personally. He is smart, decisive, supportive and an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him.

Saw Dr Ohlson today for what will be my second surgery with him (different issue.) I trust him implicitly. Know beforehand that you may have to wait to see him. Take water and a book. Relax. Breathe. I personally want my surgeon to have the skills of a Master so waiting an hour out of my entire life to see Dr Ohlson is a "no brainer."
